  • With all tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
2. Share your order number and reason for return/exchange.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our designated return address.
4. After inspection, your return or exchange will be processed.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. For exchanges, delivery charges may apply.
